Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation request must be done in writing not later than August 24, 2024.

• A full amount of registration will be refunded if cancellation was made on or before 24th of August 2024.  Otherwise, no amount shall be refunded.

• Registration is transferable. A written request is required addressed to the conference secretariat to facilitate changes of information in the registration.

• All refunds shall be made at least 1 month after the conference.

Refund Policy:

When the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, the following refund arrangements apply.

• Any cancellations 60 days prior to the conference are 80% refundable.

• Cancellation prior to 30 days from the conference will be charged 50% of the total amount.

• Cancellation less than 30 days from the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

• No refund for No shows

• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. All bank charges incurred should be covered by the registrant.

Thus, fees in transferring registration payment are non-refundable and bank charges on transferring refund shall be applied or deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

• Telephone requests will not be honored. Please email all cancellations to the conference secretariat within the day of August 24, 2024.
