Rules for SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS
Abstracts must be submitted through this website. Emailed abstracts will not be considered. In case that electronic submission is not possible, please contact the secretariat at the email address abstract@wp2t.online
Prepare the following requirements before submission for CME accreditation for both Dubai Ministry of Health and Saudi Commission for health specialties.
- Abstract
- Updated CV
- Biography – Maximum 150 words
- Recent 2×2 Photo in white background (high definition)
- Passport
- Saudi Council number
- Speaker’s declaration form with signature
- UAE Visa or resident’s card for non UAE nationals working in UAE
- UID – for UAE nationals only
Please read the following rules before submitting an abstract.
1. The submitting author must complete a speaker’s declaration form as required by the department of health in Dubai.
2. All abstract should be submitted and presented in English.
3. You are allowed to submit more than 1 abstract.
4. In order for your abstract to be considered, fill all the required fields in the abstract form. Avoid using the specialty name as your abstract title.
5. The submitting author will receive all correspondence about the submission. Make sure that data in your submission are the same as those of the presenting author.
6. Your abstract is not successfully submitted until you receive a confirmation email after clicking the final submit button. All fields in the abstract submission form must be filled in and all required files must be attached.If you do not receive an email please contact us.
7. After the abstract submission is closed, please allow the members of the scientific committee to review and evaluate. You will receive an email confirmation once the results are final.
8. You will not be able to edit or update your abstract after submission.
9. Once your paper is accepted, you will be notified and will be asked to confirm your attendance. Please note that a confirmation from your side is required. Otherwise, your presentation will be removed from the scientific program and you will not be allowed to present in the conference.
10. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive the confirmation in your inbox.
11. Make sure to provide your mobile number in your submission form for further communications.
12. If the submitting author will not be able to present, a replacement can be considered provided he/she submits the required documents on a given period.
